- Avoiding an unpleasant task.
- Lack of energy/motivation.
- Escaping from an overwhelming project.
- Don’t know where to get started.
- Don’t know what to do next.
- Just completely overwhelmed by the quantity of stuff to do in general.
- Unclear goals.
- Urgency addictions (i.e. you thrive off of urgency)
- Psychological defense mechanism to protect you from fear of failure, fear of criticism, or even fear of success.
